RovoScape DIZPad 1.1

RovoScape DIZPad is a simple but useful little editor for creating and maintaining FILE_ID.DIZ files. This editor basically is like any other editor, except that it has visual markers to show the set standard limits of the file format. The editor does not explicitly forces any restriction, however the visual markers are there to show what are the standard FILE_ID.DIZ restrictions.
